The challenge: Ntirety, a data services company, offered everything from remote database management to big data analytics. An internal company study showed that the staff were spread thin and there were whole lines of business that were dragging down the bottom line.
The solution: With the company shedding unprofitable services, and working solely on the database-specific services that were running profitably, the competitive landscape changed. Working through a competitive analysis, I revised the company’s brand positioning. Then I developed Ntirety’s new brand essence, which provided laser focus and a big dose of customer connection, all around the idea ‘Achieve Database Nirvana’.
The results: With the rebrand in place, Ntirety was able to position itself more effectively in the database space. The new focus attracted a 2x uptick in business and revenue growth.
