The challenge: Osprey Systems was like every other IT services provider – they provided IT set up, systems integration and migration services for their clients. Only problem was, they were like every other IT services provider. Osprey were indistinguishable from their competitors.
The solution: After speaking with some of the company’s executives, employees and clients about what the brand meant to them, I developed the brand concept ‘The Experienced Guide’. Then I launched the new brand through an advertising campaign which brought some much-needed life to the category, and notice to Osprey Systems.
The results: As a result of the new, more engaging brand, and the business it helped generate, Osprey was acquired within two years.
